Default can wheels fit?

Will a set of wheels with tires on fit in a C5 coupe? 2 in the passenger and 2 in the trunk? I need to pick up a car in FL and wanted to take the other wheels with me.

I've got 4 wheels in my coupe but I couldn't have done it with tires mounted.

I'd be very skeptical that four wheels/tires can fit in the car. I could see two in the back and one in the passenger seat, but the fourth one might be a problem.

I got discount tire bags to keep interior clean, just wanted to know if anyone has done it before as I want to make a road trip out of it for a day vs paying to ship it.

Just remove your passenger seat, it takes 10 minutes. And leave it in the garage. It's not like you're taking anyone with you anyway.

I dont have the car yet, picking it up in FL from Texas, flying out there and driving back home. I am having the tires taken off as I know for sure they will fit just wheels, plus the tires were over 5 years old, which are really not that safe as they start to break down around this time, thanks for the help guys! Will be an owner again of a Corvette!

I would get a buddy to help me out. I think stuffing 4 wheels/tires in your vette is asking for something to get broken, scratched, etc.

Thats not a bad idea at all. Bubble wrap the hell outta the wheels or the interior though.

All 4 stock wheels do fit in the back of a coupe. With tires probably not.
