Default Help Installing AFX Air Fuel Meter

Guys - I'm looking for suggestions on how to run the wiring harness out of the car. The plug on the end of the harness is 2" wide by 1.5" tall. Are there any holes pre-existing that will provide a pass thru? How did or would you route your harness? Thank you!

I drilled a hole very near the cable for the hood release passthrough on the driver side. You are drilling through plastic so it is pretty easy. Another option you have is on the passenger side in the footwell area. There is a large rubber plug through which goes a wire harness, immediately above the fuse panel. Cut an opening in the plug to insert the cable.

The first option is easier.

Good luck.

I took the second approach and instead of cutting anything I removed the grommet pushed it into the engine compartment and passed the connector through it and reinstalled the grommet.
It is more difficult them cutting a hole but then I didn't want a hole that large in my firewall.
