I am looking for a good reliable shop to take my Corvette to. I haven't been able to locate one in my area (Kingman, AZ) . Does anyone know of a shop that specializes in Corvettes - in the Phoenix or Las Vegas area? Thanks

You might have better luck posting this in your regional section.

Try Xtreme Motorsports and HRW Motorsports. They are in business together and offer excellent service, products and prices. And they are a forum vendor.

Are these just aftermarket shops or the kind of place you can take a Vette having problems?

I've been taking my C5 to Xtreme Motorsports for routine maintenance and performance upgrades. HRW Motorsports is run by Randy and he's based in their shop. Both are very reliable and do a great job. They recently moved to bigger shop but still in Tempe.

Any Corvette Clubs in your area... IF so ask the members ...

Honestly I would expect the membership to be quite knowledgeable of all the local "shops" and who everyone recommends... I do 90 percent of my own work BUT I use different shops dependent on what Car I need worked on..The guy who works on C2's andC3's is great but has no clue on a C5 whereas the shop I use for my C4 and C5 has no clue what a carb is ...

MY ONLY personal thing is to avoid Dealerships...

Thank you for the referrals and the kind words, Bob and Jack!

Xtreme Motorsports (who happens to sponsor the SW Forum, BTW) has been performing Corvette maintenance, repairs and upgrading C5 and C6's for over ten years. Some of the fastest Corvettes in the sothwest came out of Xtreme! Our lead tech - Cody has over ten years experience with Corvettes and there isn't much that he can't fix or make better! Jan who owns Xtreme knows what it takes to make your Corvette faster!

HRW is my business, and we specialize in Corvette accessories from GM licensed apparel to all of the good stuff to improve the looks of the car, up to and including Adam's Premium detailing products.

We team together to be a FULL service Corvette facility that can handle whatever you throw at us. We will treat you and your car right! My contact information is in my signature below......we hope to hear from you soon!

We can handle general repairs and maintenence along with performance enhancements, including but not limited to tuning, forced induction, Cam and headwork, exhaust and headers. There isn't much we can't do on a late model Corvette or LS based GM product. We even work on a few Buick Grand Nationals and C4 Corvettes from time to time.
