That is a highly customize C5, so I think it may be a one off. There is however a member on the forum that has two different styles of splitters and one of his is much like that one. Look for member Quik Z06 he will be the one to help you out.

Like mentioned above that may be a one of one job, as a lot of work went into that C5. It has a new hood, removed the front duct work, and has C6 lights, that's a bit of work to pull off on a C5. However the splitter is similar to QuikZ06's C5R Splitter without the vertical section that goes up inside the front wheel well. Perhaps that's what he used and cut off the vertical sections?
