I have a 97 Corvette with about 19,000 miles I had a Chuck Cow tune about a year ago and Borla exhaust with Grantelli intake. Last year before I put it away I got these codes reset them and the didn't come back up. Now that I got the car out this year they have come up again so I need to see what's going on. Could these be a bad O2 sensors or something else I also noticed that sometime but not all the time my heat/air control will not work not sure if it is related ???
1. What is causing these codes?
2. What should I do to fix the issue?

Give me a call.... First thing I would do is CHECK YOUR OXYGEN SENSOR FUSE in the fuse box under the dash....
For both banks to be throwing the code, it's possible the fuse blew and
both sensors are playing "dead".
Let me know if anyone modified ANYTHING, touched anything under the hood, changed an air filter, or otherwise touched
anything whatsoever.....
If you can't find it on your own, call me and let's get you over here too look at it....
