Default Suspension Issue

Ok, i have a '00 coupe with 59K on the odo. The car's suspension is all over the place. Especially on roads with any type of grooved surface. Its like driving on bananna peels. I replaced the rear sway bar links but didn't help.Any suggestions please?

Sounds like loose end links on steering or alignment problem.

I replaced my sway bars with C6-Z51 bars and end links and replaced the shocks with C6 ZO6 shocks. It helped big time, also put on new Toyo tires on stock ZO6 rims. Night and day difference. Who did the alignment? Was it done correct?

Sounds like my 1998 when I got her. Replacing the shocks did it for me.

Wandering like that can be caused by not enough toe in, too little Caster, tire pressure or tire size.

Check your front lower and upper control arms. Over time the bushings wander out of them, and under braking especially can cause goofy stuff to happen.

In 2003 the lower arms had a metal insert put into the bushing to keep them from pushing out.

I would look there.

Somewhat normal for radials on grooved roads. Try advance search in C5 TECH and/or start a thread there.

Beyond that I suggest www.VBandP.com out of FL 1800-237-9991 Call them and see what they have to say.

Getting rid of the runcraps will help.

A proper 4-wheel alignment is critical. I would look for a place that does only alignments.
