Are you wanting someone to fix it?

You should be a little more specific on what kind of help you want.

Try oiling the roller on the bottom of the lower hinge-if the "cam" hasn't cut a groove in it,you may be able to get it to roll again, and the door will close like it should.
(You're probably going to have to actually look at the hinge to see what I'm talking about)
If you can't free it up,you'll need to replace the door hinge.
I'm guessing this is what "the guy" was talking about.

Default Door hinges ?

Once a year I take a tub of axle grease and an acid brush and do a really good job of coating every moving part in both door hinges@ both doors. Take your time and keep open and closing the door and with five minutes you'll start to notice that the cam and roller are operating much much smoother. In between the axle grease, I have a spray bottle of 'White Lithium' lube just to re-coat the hinges. And don't forget to get the door latch at the rear of the door.

Could just need to be lubricated. If not, you may be in for a bit more expensive repair.

Why not spray it with Lithium?

i only use white lithium (in a spray) and have for years without any problems. the recommendation originally came from a GM service tech, so i figured it had merit. it's a bit easier (and perhaps a bit cleaner) to work with, and i would think just as effective. and it hasn't failed me yet.

The problem with that is it does not "creep". If you do not get it exactly where it is needed it doesn't work. A little shot of Corrosion X HD does and is not messy it is not runny. I also works well on grounds and electrical plug to repel corrosion.

Actually I use the "HD formula"

I use a dry teflon spray lube, that way my towel doesn't get all greasy when I dry around the door jambs after washing.

It's called Zeplon by Zep
