Nowhere close to enough information to answer your question. No profile filled out for your car year, no year in your question. Is the fob the correct fob for your model car? IF the DIC said fob learned, it had to receive the frequency from the fob, what is not working when you try the fob?

if you press the lock and unlock buttons together standing close to the car does the horn chirp? ( re-sync ).
I would go the route of changing the battery and then re-sync- ing.
If neither work, then you probably bought a bad FOB. A lot of bad FOBs lose their memory shortly after programming.

Sorry. Mine is a 97 and fellow member had 97. I did the program is says learned but nothing wks. And tried to sync the unlock lock and no horn chirp. By changing battery to do just mean disconnecting for a period of time then trying again
