Default PCM question

If I put all 4 tires/wheels off my C6 on my C5 and take it for a drive is the computer going to go into SLOW mode since it can't read tire pressures from the C6 tire sensors?

No, You should be fine, But you will see XXX where tire pressuer reads. One thing to watch for is the rear tires rubbing on the inside of the wheel well, Some do it and some don't.

Thanks, yeah, I have C6 gumbys on it now so I run an 1/8" spacer for that so should be ok there. Need to see if the C6Z tires will rub anywhere on the front when turning, etc. I got a good deal on some C6Z wheels so thought I would try the ones off mine on my C5 first before I spend money on tires for the new wheels. Also wanted to see how the car felt/handled with the bigger tire/wheel setup.

I run 265/35/18 on my front with no issues at all.
