Default Nitrous Kit for LS6 Good or Bad???

Does anyone have experience running nitrous on a LS-6 with a cam? Or any experience at all. I want to know the good and bad of using nitrous!!!! I have a 2001 Z-06 with 55,000 miles and a England Green Mayhem 2 Cam.

Got it on mine. I have mucho experience, and will tell you to go to the Harris nitrous site and look at the microedge and the interface, get their plate also. They have the best stuff for the ls based setups. PM if you want to discuss it more as i have alot of experience with nitrous on vettes.

Meh. From 2001-07, I ran a TNT wet 100shot on a mild heads/cam set-up (575rwhp/590rwtq) and the same kit with a 150shot on a 382 (650/650). I used a window-switch, WOT switch, purge and a bottle-warmer and had great results. I did push a head-gasket on the H/C, but didn't damage the engine at all. TNT had excellent customer service and a nice product. LSx engines love nitrous, but the bottle-filling is getting to be a pain around here...so I've been N/A for a while.

Here is my NX 150 Wet Kit install. I'm running more than a 150 shot now but...

Also I have the RapTR cam from Thunder Racing. I have a HSW MicroEdge Plus for a controller and I use the "Resistor Mod" for pulling timing.

I had sent you a pm earlier, I have a brand new Nitrous Express kit for sale. It's the nozzle kit for GM cars. It has the carbon fiber solenoids and the shark nozzle. Lists for almost $650 on the NX website, I'm selling it for $450 shipped.

Default Im sorry it is Nitrous Outlet, my mistake on the name.

It is part of a package deal with other parts involved in the purchase. Does anyone know any info on them. I will take u up on the offer on the Nitrous Works kit if this other turns out to be in bad shape.

guess it depends on what condition the kit is in. need to just check it over really well when it comes in. along with the other parts involved in the deal.

When buying a used kit, the solenoids are the most important thing (obviously) to check. Make sure they perform properly and haven't ingested any sealing tape/paste. Make sure all brackets are included and aren't all beat to hell.
