Hi, I have 1998 corvette convertible and just replaced a motor gear on the rightside headlight which required me to remove the right headlight assembly. But successfully installing it, my car now just makes clicking sound won't start, I'm not sure if I short anything out but the car was running perfectly as I drove once a week. Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks. Matt

First off how old is your battery? Did you try the headlight out a few times to test it during or after the install? If you only drive the car once a week there is a good chance that it is either the battery needs a charge, or if it is more than three years old you may need a new battery. Does all the electrical work when you turn the key on.
If the car is just making ticking sounds than it's your battery, it's dead.
Driving the car once a week does not fully charge the battery.
put the battery on a trickle charge overnight and see if the car will start. If not, get a new battery and buy yourself a nice battery tender to keep the battery fresh.
there are lots of threads about what brand to buy. Do a search and make your own decision.
Put a charger on the battery, once charged up, then go get the battery tested. It's likely you were working with the door open, the hood up, the radio on etc and drained the battery down.
