Default Z06 Newbie wheel question
I just bought a 2002 Z06 with 13K original miles, love it so far. I hear the smaller wheel and tire combination will hook better.

How does a smaller wheel/tire combo provide more traction? Why not get a spare set of rear wheels and run a tire that provides a larger footprint?

A 275 will be fine for you with the right clutch release. Common tire too so price. Will be reasonable.
