PXDP I POD interface with PXHGM4
I installed these items just over a year ago and until a week ago, they performed as advertised. Now any music from the I POD in the Vette is badly distorted. I've used my I POD in another vehicle and also with my home stereo and it works fine.
I called "Peripheral" tech support only to find them less than helpful. To quote them..."electronics fail regularly". Has anyone had any issues with this set up, or can you recommend another one. I'm not all warm and fuzzy about spending more money on Peripheral's interface if it only lasts a year.

I wish I could help, but I was just thinking about adding the PXHGM4 from DD Mods to my Vette and do away with the XM radio. It will be interesting to hear what answers you get on this.

I have never had this issue.
would check and see if your connection is still good. This is usually the problem if there is a sound issue.
I installed one in a car locally and after a week he had an issue with no sound in right front speaker.
Problem was the harness. We replaced the pxhgm4 harness with a new one and problem solved.
So if mine just send back or call me and I will take care of you.

I used the same setup in my Vette and had no issues at all, That is the best unit on the market as far as I am concerned.
I would check all your conections.
