Just beware of overdoing it with a stock LS. If you go with a wet kit; limit the NOS to a maximum 125HP shot; tune it correctly; use the right plugs; install a window switch; you can expect a lot of power and fun, relatively low risk. It tends to clean out the combustion chambers and plugs every time you use it. I use a 75 shot for drag racing; it's worth as much as 1.5 seconds on my car, depending on temperatures here in Denver. The window switch is an electronic controller that you set to fire the NOS WOT, based on RPM, and to shut off at your RPM choice. My redline is 7200 with the Comp springs, but the switch is set to fire at 2500 RPM, shut off at 6200 RPM. With a 3300 RPM torque converter, that works well. I would recommend plugs, but my car is modded (see signautre) You should talk to your tuner, if you have one, for recommendations on plugs and the tune, good luck.

Lots of good books on the subject-Had 100HP shot on my last Vette-works great. Finding a place to refill the bottle can be a hassle.
