z06 power seat problem
2009 1LZ Cyber Gray - power seat has simply stopped working - none of the directions do anything at all. Lucky it's stuck in the right position.
Checked fuse and found a 30A circuit breaker instead - but it tests good, and replacing it w 30A fuse didn't change anything. Fuse block has power. Can't help but think I'm overlooking something stupid. Haven't removed seat and tested connector pins.
Only recent mod was addition of M2W footswitch (could snaking the wire across the tunnel have done something?). Didn't notice seat problem until after this mod - maybe it was already like that, maybe I bumped something loose - I don't know? I did get fancy w M2W and installed both footswitch and remote controlled switch (I'd already installed the remote version), but it's just 2 switches in parallel, drawing power from seat heater fuse socket & sending it to the exhaust controller - very simple and unrelated to power seat circuit (I think, I hope). The M2W dual switch setup works as intended/expected.
Ideas/suggestions appreciated. It's going in for warranty work soon anyway (OnStar messed up), but if it's something dumb I'm overlooking, I'd like to learn about it.
