The hood lamp and inside door exit lamps do not laminate when hood is open or doors are open.
Question where is the switch located under hood for it's lamp. I checked for voltage at lamp 0vdc.
Not quite sure what's going on with the exit door lamp
All could be a fuse, I don't have any reference manuals, only owners manual.

If you mean the door REFLECTORS don't ILLUMINATE, they shouldn't. They are reflectors. There are no exit lamps.
The hood lamp may be a bad bulb, the switch that senses the hood position, or the connector plug. I don't have the fuse number handy, but it seems like I recall that other things are on the hood lamp fuse. I'll try to look in a while to see if I can find a fuse number.

The light fixture itself is the switch - it is a mercury type switch that goes on/off depending on if the hood is open or not. Check to make sure you have voltage at the connector located on the right side of the radiator shroud about halfway down the shroud - you'll see the connector and wires running up under the hood insulation blanket.
The light under the hood of my '03 does not work either. I was told that lots of people disconnect those lights due to not wanting them on while hood is open during a car show.

It's a silly reason anyway-the light will turn off in 10-15 minutes by itself.
