http://www.rockauto.com

$139.79 core $60.00 $199.79

I've used these guys for years, good prices and excellent return policies.
I'm sure there are others that have this item, I wouldn't think it's that uncommon. You might try your local parts house, NAPA, O'Reily's etc.

So are these available now? I thought for years these were out of production and not rebuild-able? The $60 core indicates they are rebuild-able now?

I used rock auto and after 3 weeks of my unit being sent back and forth from boca raton fla, then back to my mechanic then to canada just to find out they couldn't fix it. Don't waste your time with them on this unit.

I didn't know RockAuto was in the repair business, I thought all they did was sell new?
You saying you sent your unit to them for repair?

They have core charges on some items, axles, starters and other commonly rebuilt items(including older ECM's). Many times the core charge is so close to the return shipping that it isn't worth the trouble. If I recall, they also had a new module for sale outright, but not cheap.

Oops, my bad, the rebuilt was the only one available.
