Google and GPS
I have had occasion to want to know my distance from particular bridges, and have found that my GPS does not list bridges as places of interest nor can you spell it and have the GPS find it.
Well I found out by looking on the GPS website that Google has an agreement with several companies, that allow you to find an address or bridge using Google map, than downloading directly to your GPS as part of your personal addresses. You can then use it as a destination or part of your trip route.
You can of course find any place using google map and send it to your GPS if it is one of the companies.
Just thought I would share.
