Welcome to the club. You need to write down the vin number of your vette and gather up any prof of ownership you may have. then run down to any GM dealership. they can cut you a new key. they have the key patern and chip code for your car. As for your house I would call a locksmith to re-key every door in your house and any other keys that you lost. a licened look smith can do this also. I paid $75.00 for one key
