Floppy eared 99 convertible sun visors

I am sure that I am not the 1st to address this problem, having trouble finding solution for 97 through 04 corvettes. Thanks in advance for any help.

People are always parting out vettes in the parts section,,,,best place to find a cheap pair that I know of!

Have a 99 C5 conv w/ 13000m and two flop-eared visors. Inserted (stuck in) @ out side edge seam two long malleable alum wires on either side of mirror. Probl solved. Tom

PS, used IKEA picture frame wire...nonrusting, pretty stiff, no memory.

I just took mine off. I like the increased visibility, and the windshield has the darker band at the top... plus with the top down, do they really do a whole lot??
