Default Help!Inside lights dim when apply brake.

I have a weird problem.Out of nowhere my clock and other inside lights seem to dim when I apply the brake without the headlights on.Then my blinkers hyperflashed when turned on either left or right.Flashers seem to come on but make the other lights go dim also.Wife says no brake lights or flashers in back.Checked all fuses and they are good. Also headlights seem to be nowhere near as bright as they should be.Voltage reads 14.5 running,12v on not running. And on top of that now my alarm goes off when I lock my doors using the key fob.I'm dumbfounded!Help!

Strange, I would first clean all battery connections, use wire brush and baking soda. Try this and check battery ground to frame also. Must be poor connection. Good luck, and if this fails well there is the shop. Greetings, Rob

I will disconnect battery in the morning and clean terminals.Maybe it will reset everything. It's a long shot.Funny thing is the front markers and blinkers come on just nothing in the back works.

It seems like I remember having this problem in my older 97 C5. It ended up being the Neg cable from the battery to the ground was not making good connection.
It was replaced and problem was gone, that is if my memory serves me right.
