Hey guys, so I have a creaking problem with my 02 Z06. It started about two weeks ago. I hear a creak (seemingly metal to metal) everytime I accelerate from first or in reverse and put load on the back end. The sound seems like it's comming from the rear passenger's side. After doing some research, I saw two potential issues; sway bar bushings or axle bolts.
A poster (sorry I don't remember the username) described his problem in a very similar way to mine (cracking/popping sound) and said that he took off the center caps to his wheels, took off the axle bolts, sprayed lubricant to blow out any rust and re-torqued the bolt. This is a fix I'm looking to try now before I replace the sway bar bushings with poly urethane ones. Are there any other parts that can be causing this creaking?
Thanks for any help you guys can give!

I just realized there is no such thing as a front axle, dumb me was to tired to realize this. I'll take the zero responses as you guys being nice lol. I edited that part out.
I had this issue and removed the axles from the hubs and used a little wheel bearing grease on the axle spines ( where there was a notable amount of rust on both hub and axle) put them back in the hubs and haven't heard anything since. I'd used a type of grease rather than a spray just for longevity.
