ALL the time. Actually, I have friends that tell their friends to ride with me when we cruise around. I don't consider my car a roller coaster people can just hop in line for. But occasionally I don't have problem *showing off*. 
I'd also say that the majority of people that want to take go for a ride in it are girls. I've even had strangers ask me, which I think is quite ballsy. My dad, once, had some girls come up to him and ask if they could get in and take pictures of themselves in his car. (He has the vert.) He said no and sent them on their way, although, I think if he wasn't with my mom he may have said yes.

Never have been asked for a ride on the street. There have been several times at the track that I have given rides to folks. Always keep it to 8/10ths when carrying a passenger.
