Haven't used it but have seen it demonstrated. Looked good with the pro doing it, but not sure I would get the exact same results. There have been a few threads on this product - you might want to use the search function and see if they provide the info you want.

I have used it. It works okay, lot depends on the color, but it does a good job on hiding some nicks and scratches. Don't expect perfect but it will do a decent job follow the directions.
