I've been running my flameball shift **** for over 8 years now. Still love it. Don't know of any forum vendors selling them but have always ordered directly from the website.

Agree those do look nice.
Do we need the regular threaded version or the oversized threaded version?

i've been doing business with these folks for a long time and they have always produced a quality product and have been very easy to work with if you want something in the "custom" area. it's not a mass produce type business and they are a real small company, so unless they have what you want on the shelf, they will make it up for you which may take a short time. they also make a design where the color "falls" from the top of the ball toward the bottom (which is what i have in my 04) and it is very unusual and makes a great impression.

The flameball website says a C5 uses the oversize thread. I got the unthreaded version which uses a nylon sleeve for fitment. I liked the look of the chrome collar and Allen screws.
