A friend of mine with a 1999 manual vert asked me about this...
My Vette had the service column lock back in March and they claimed they fixed it. Now it happened again and had to be towed in. I was always told the recall was both the mechanical locking mechanism and the electronic fuel shut off piece?
Now they’re trying to say the recall was only the mechanical piece and they want $520.00 to repair the electronic piece?
Since the first owner of my car took care of this, I don't know the answer. Thanks for your help
