sport seat problem...need help

So im trying to figure out what's wrong with my passenger seat. The side closest to the door rocks back like your pulling the recline lever when your sitting or pushing on it...wtf...any ideas guys?

Yeah I Gota fix that to its not that's its like one side is reclining but the other side is not
