New rims
Going to buy some new rims for my 2003 Zo6 and stack my factorys in the corner in case I ever sell the car, is it worth buying the TPMS for the new ones- will it cause all kind of lights to come on ????

No, save the money and just reuse the existing ones! I did!
Just have the wheel shop put the sames ones on each corner where they came from and you will be fine

If you want the TPMS feature, from what I understand you can buy the sensors and have the system turned on in your Z06. Otherwise, blacksedan87 has it right on the money - the sensors did not come standard on the Z06 model. Here's a link to adding TPMS to the Z06.
