Riding along today headed home in the big truck and was passed by a beautiful ZO6 C6. Yellow and Black.. You know that caught my eye.
Custom plate and checked.. He's on our list.
Followed this guy through two towns, 40 miles of interstate till he finally needed fuel then I found out they worked.
Moving in and out of cars the whole time he never once used a turn signal,, not until he was turning off into the quickie mart.

Too bad you aren't a Cop...Could have made some money.
I always use mine...Its the law.
I stop at stop signs too and my 4-Runner has the scars to prove it.
Use mine 100%, there is no excuse for not complying with your states law. Plus we have small low down to the ground cars. people need to see us.
Also a pet peeve of mine, so when in my other car, you don't use a signal, when changing lane, turning (even in turn lane, as you might go straight), seen that a number of times. You get a free paper reminder, no fixit, no plea down.
I try to use my signals whenever possible. But sometimes when in traffic, at least around here, if you announce your lane change in advance, a lot of other drivers just squeeze you off. A lot of people are just in too much of a hurry to let one more car be ahead of them. So I find that you just have to safely go for it when you can.

Can't say I use mine 100% of the time, but I would say it is at least 99% of the time I use my turn signals. Just common courtesy to let the other drivers know what the heck I am doing.
Just asking to get pulled over if you don't use them which will most likely lead to petty tickets like no front plate or tint. I'm sure the guy you saw will find out quick enough driving like that.
Most of the time, but not as often as I should. But my wife drives me crazy with her turn signal habits. She's half way into the lane she's changing into before she uses the signal for about one or two flashes. I keep telling her that the signal is to announce a FUTURE event, not a current one.
I tell her the signal is supposed to say, "Excuse me, ladies and gentlemen, but I am planning on changing into your lane. Please anticipate and react accordingly."
Instead, her signal is saying, "Hey guy, I'm already halfway into your lane - deal with it."
I opened the thread to see if you were in NC and no surprise you are. Seriously I have no idea why people feel that directionals are completely optional around here (I am in the Raleigh area). Drives me crazy.
