I think the rear would look better on a coupe and the wheels should be Plasti-Dipped black and the car should be lowered. I'm not feeling the hood, but everything else I like.

Thanks for the feedback guys, LoL

I have a set of Pfadt coil-overs waiting to go on so it definitely will get lowered but I just wanted to see how it sat once the side skirts and L5 front fenders are on.

As for rims, I'm still on the fence as to which ones to get, i just know I really don't like either chrome or blacked out rims.

I'll post some more pics up once the front fenders and side skirts are on.

Get chrome since it's easier/cheaper to paint them black than it is to have black wheels chrome plated, just in case you change your mind ya know

Rear tires need to come out more, they don't need to be shy and stay under the porch. That's why you bought the L5's to achieve that aggressive body stance, so pick up a set of wheel spacers about 1".

Those are 18x12 HoW out back right? Consider them sold if you go for other wheels

Flares are for wider rubber. Spacers are cheesy. If you need spacers, you don't need flares. Ditch the spacers and just install some bigger wheels and tires with the correct offset.

In this pic, the front tires are sticking out. Why 315's?

I know we all have opinions and if your happy with
But i must say it looks like they forgot to ship the rest of the rear end looks very incomplete just a black hole with 2 pipes sticking out
I do like the side view of the rear flares though

Im sure if I saw you on the road I would rear end the car in front of me just staring at your car. I like it, and I bet it looks even better in person.

dont like it at all man, i dunno to me it looks like a riced out vette. if the hood didnt have the two ram air holes it would look ok. the rear def. needs a quad tip set up. looks like so much room in between the two tips. not really feeling the front ground effects either. i like c5's with maybe just a diff. hood on it and thats it and the l5's look good as well. nice car but not what id do and yes throw some spacers on the rear wheels to make them come out a tad bit.

Not a fan either, but I know this guy, and at least he is running the tips meant for the bumper.

Thanks guys, I get a lot of positive responses whenever I drive the car.

I really didn't like the RKSport pipes but to each his own, no sweat off my back. I figure I avoid spacers since that's a temporary fix and just wait until I get new rims and the coil overs are installed.

The car currently sits on 18x12's in the rear and 18x10.5's in the front. Once the front L5 fenders and side skirts are in I hope to start with the engine internals

I designed a car from scratch and actually got the plug made the chassis plans run in a special chassis program. It's a mid engine with a Nelson twin turbo ls engine. I even went to SEMA to do a tv interview. But!! There are all kinds of people that say hey it looks like this car or that car. My point is rather you like it or not you have to appreciate the craftsmanship and effort that was put forth and with that said. I applaud you sir. I'm extremely Corvette bias however if a guy rolls up in a tricked out challenger thumbs up for the same effort.

My point was even if you hate it you at least have to appreciate the crafanship and the effort. I was just giving a quick example of what goes on to produce something from scratch. That's all. My appologies if I confussed. I will
Ake it short next time.
