If you can't find it, some have luck pounding a socket over the lock and removing it with a ratchet. There is a reverse spiral socket tool that most tire shops use to remove locks w/o keys.
If you go to DISCOUNT TIRE and buy a set of GORILLA locks/lugs (show chrome or black), I'd bet they'd probably remove the oem lock for free.
