Old Recalls...still available?
Sorry if this has been covered but I dont see it in a search.
Can I access GM recalls that where never implimented on my new to me 1997 C5
I'm thinking the column Lock for example.

Two things cause me to believe it has not been performed. There are three completed recall tags in the engine compartment...none are the column lock..
Plus with the key removed I hear the steering wheel should be free to rotate after the recall was completed for column lock, and mine is not moving, it just locks up until I insert the key.

also, I think GM stopped using those stickers on the radiator cover a long time ago...I have 2 on my 97, but got the CLB done way later and never got a sticker from the dealer.
