Fe3 & z51

Please explain options FE3 & Z51 to this slow learner. I understand the Z51 suspension has stiffer springs, meatier sway bars and beefier shocks, but can the C5 come with just the FE3 option without the Z51 option? Or, when option FE3 is selected, the Z51 option is included?

FE1 = base model
97-99 FE3/z51
00-04 FE3/z51
FE4 = z06

FE3 from what I understand is the z51 package.

Z51 is the package. Fe3 is the suspension components.

Yep..... read the same data. Was just curious as to why Z51 is displayed as a separate RPO on the glove box sticker.
