The Last Detail
In the past I have purchased parts from The Last Detail in Atlanta with very good results. I just went to check some prices on their web site and it is now Vette Parts Plus Inc. Any one know if this is the same folkes? Are they as good as they were or are they better/worse?

i have ordered from them for my 78 mostly, i can't tell you if it is the same folks or not, but i haven't ever had a problem with them other than they represent that they stock some things that apparently they do not and either have them drop shipped by a supplier, or something else delays them delivering the parts (at least that was my last experience with them when i needed a new starter motor harness for the 78). they took the order like they stocked it, but when it took a bit longer than i thought it should have to be delivered, i called and was told that it was "custom" made and as such took a bit more time than just getting it off the shelf. when it finally arrived (about a week later (and after approx 2+ weeks of waiting), it came from someone other than them and their address. i had no problem with the part, it was high quality and an exact replacement, but i felt i should have been told how my order was going to be filled. i would certainly order from them again should they have what i need and be price competitive since they are located in the next state and delivery should be pretty quick compared to another parts house further away.

Hey buddy. Yes it is the same people. i work 2 minutes from there and i live 20 minutes from there.
incase you didnt know... they are a small building INSIDE another building.
The larger building is BUYAVETTE.NET
car dealership selling nothing but vettes.. AMAZING place.. thats where i bought my vette and thats where i go to get all my accessories.
