What's a good tire?
1. BF Goodrich g-Force T/A KDW NT
2. Nitto NT05
3. Nitto Invo
Thank you for taking the time to look.

Here is the deal.. and questions that all of these well meaning member should have asked you before offering you their choice.
what is your budget?
Are you looking for cheap, or you don't care.
Are you looking for performance or longevity.
Everything with a tire is a trade off.
Tires are basically made up of carbon and rubber. the more rubber the better they perform, but do not have the longevity of a touring tire. The more carbon the longer they last but do not perform as well.
Speed rating can be an issue.
If you answer these questions, people with real knowledge about tires in general can point you in the right direction.

But all that gets lengthy and while I think it's easier to just ask the question here, I don't doubt ET is right that people love their tires both to justify their purchase but also because they only have experienced a couple of brands and they probably were so close in performance that the average schmo like me may not be able to tell the difference.
Plus, I am believing each tire in comparisons have trade offs.....such as more wear for less grip, or good in the summer, but not good for all seasons....or great in the rain but forget the snow....whatever.
So, as said, it depends upon your needs, what you do with your car, and where you drive it and what seasons you drive it in....etc. etc....
It really is not a simple answer to this simple question. I'm still wondering wth I want!!....and can afford!

I'm also having trouble finding a place to buy them also. The only ones I have found in a set of 4 are the Potenza RE760 Sport.
I have the toyo t1r on now but I have been told they do not make them anymore and no one seems to have them in stock. If I could find the two rears I would be set because that's all I need to replace but I did not want to mis-match tires.
