[Z06] Fuses???

Fuses???
What number is the fuse for the cigarette lighter/accessory power that is in the "glove box" between the seats under your right elbow?
Also, I tried to get the fuse box cover back on, but can only get it to go on when the writing is upside down. Is there a secret manuver to getting it back on and screwed in?
BTW, it is a 2004 Z06.
