Default looking for a cam
does anyone know where i can find the mti x1 cam? i cant seem to find them for sale anywhere. Do they no longer make them?

i want this set up.

my oil sensor is bad also. Would it make sense to do the cam work while i get that replaced?

Does mti still exist? I know there was 2 of them at one point. Why wouldnt you do an oil pressure sensor at the same time? Seems like a good time to kmow what your oil pressure was at. After a cam change and all.

no their not the same shop

they said they use comp to grind their cams so they can make it basically to spec 230/227 .591/.571 lsa 112 for $400 valve spring kit 400 timing chain 150 and maybe a ls7 damper for 25

how does all this sound to you guys?

Is that what you want is a nasty choppy cam? Have you looked at LG cams? What's this going in ls1 or ls6?

im not feeling the lg's as much how does 1000 sound for a kit price? What would a local shop estimate the install at?

Where are you located? Expect to pay around 2000 for a cam install. What all is included in the cam kit you looked at?
