GTO Spare
I'm attempting to put together a viable spare system for my '99 FRC. The drag racers use GTO spare wheels with skinny tires for their fronts. The rims are 17x4" and appear to fit the C5 chassis, but the center bore (of the GTO wheel) appears smaller. Searches tell me the C5/Z06 hub is 2 3/4" OD. The GTO wheel is 2 11/16" OD, and I think the bore could be honed the 1/16" larger to fit. I need to CONFIRM the C5 hub is in fact 2 3/4". Your help appreciated.
