Putting an order together right now for:

black/torch red emergency brake boots
black/red neoprene seat covers with Z06 logo
black/torch red shifter boot
aluminum gas/dead pedal
torch red/black leather door handle wrap
torch red grab handle wraps
Z06 leather console covers 2 tone torch red/black
steering wheel cover torch red/black
Lloyds mats in torch red with Z06 logo
LED kit

TSW Nurburgring wheels will be next. Debating whether I want to do a red lip or not.

SFC Rick,

How far are you away from Polk? I would like to hear your car in person as I'm thinking about a cam. IIRC, you have the 228R from Texas Speed?

About an hour and a half drive. I live just outside of Huntington, TX. When you are ready just let me know I can either go there or maybe we could meet up in Jasper, Tx and check out the cars.

Can't compete with most of these but here's what I've done so far. I'm going to get some welt cord for the dash area, just around the bezel though. Eventually I will get some red/black seat covers as well.

I did have a red grab handle cover but I changed it out to the speedway. Can't decide which one I like best, so I'll just swap them out once in awhile.

[QUOTE=Mr.Bill;1578650611]Here are a few for ya.
Mr.Bill

Bill, did the console cover raise the armrest much? If so, is it more comfortable like someone else mentioned?

How does the grab handle go on? And when you refer to speedway, do you mean the checkered flag style?
What is that 'hoop' in red that I see in front of the console cover???

It just wraps around it and is fatsened with velcro. Yes speedway is the name given for the checkered black and wite from Mid America.

Some also call it Finishline, in reference to the checkered flag at the end of the race.

The hoop is "welt cord" that comes with the arm rest cover.

They also sell it in lengths in your desired color. I wanted the speedway style in welt cord but I have yet to find any. So I'm just going to go with the Torch red and put it on the radio bezel and end it on the pass side about half way down the console.

Then hopefully get some red/black seat covers in the next year or so. Still debating on going with a red/black steering wheel cover as well.

I'm retired too, and love it.
Is the hoop a required part of the console cover?
How are you going to apply the welt cord in those areas you mention?

Since this will be (not until Oct10!) my first 'hot' car of any kind, I'm making dressup plans but very gradual. Since the car I'm buying is triple black, accent color is an open book. I've seen that red/black is incredibly popular, and I like it(always was my skiing colors), I plan to go another way, most likely some black/white accents for the interior like a shift boot and console cover. Don't want to do too much white, since then it's a cleaning factor, and it's easy to ruin the simple classiness of the black with too much contrast.
Not sure what I will do with the engine compartment. Probably some yellow, blue and maybe orange.

I love my two tone interior...soo much nicer than the boring all black...now it just "pops"

Thinking about doing the mod red lower door panels and glove box and torch red floor mats..what do you guys think?
