battery issues

battery issues
So today I go to start the car and get click click click and then LOW VOLTAGE on the DIC.
At first I thought I had maybe left a door ajar or something overnight and killed the battery so I put it on the charger.
A few hours later the charger said 100% charged.
I put it back in and get the same message. It reads battery voltage at 9.6 volts.
I checked codes and get these
BCM
0432H Rear Defogger Relay Circuit
0503h RH DRL Relay Circuit
0508h LH DRL Relay Circuit
2486h Backup Lamp Relay Circuit
Considering the car ran perfectly yesterday could these codes be caused by a bad battery, or could they have caused the battery to die.
I know the C5 is notorious for going crazy when the battery dies. I dont want to go put in another one and then it get killed too.

Have the battery load tested - but likely it's time for a new one.
