Very nice. Can you comment on the quality of the leather and stitching? From the picture, they look great and I've seen other members post about how good they are but would be interested in your take. Are they all leather? Do they use a thicker type of leather than the stock? Finally, how tough was the install? Did you do it by yourself or did you need a hand? Thanks. I really like those.

I liked the quality and look of the seats. They are all leather, unlike the OEM seats. I guess only time will tell how long they last, but a couple comments on this thread have owners who have had them for awhile with no complaints.
My only quality issue was with the halo plastic attachment strips that run down both sides. Compared to the OEM strips they rip very easily while installing plastic plugs. . I also received one seat bottom foam piece. The velcro strips on the foam were not attached like OEM originals. These are both small issues and not deal breakers. The Vette Essential website instructions are very good, although there are some discrepencies in the seat covers. Installation is not hard but time consuming. Good Luck!
That looks awesome!! I was going to get those same covers, but I had a 16 year old that wanted a car instead. So I had to postpone my seat covers. I'm going to make that my winter project though. I can't wait to get mine done.
Very Nice. I also just bought heavy duty seat foam from them. I have their 2 tone seats and they look great. I just installed the 2 tone arm rest by taking the 2 layer arm rest apart and stapling it to the base and putting the base and top back so that it does not look like a stretch over cover.

I got the red and black from them. I did the install and had the same Issues but over all they are better then the OEM seats. And Dave is good to deal with.

Hey Jesse, be sure and switch out the foam, even if you think you don't need it. I made the mistake of re-using the original foam and my driver's side looks all saggy and there are folds now...am I a dumbass cheapskate or what?
Thanks Megawatt1203, I just may try it... I too like to do things myself, I installed the "Anti-Seat Rocking Fix" about 2 years ago, it wasn't that hard, always trying to save some dollars and learn some skills.... Nice looking job you did, thanks again.
I think I may ask the vendor that supplies my new black leather seats to see if they can make the center parts either microsuede or Alcatara (hear it is expensive), but my thinking is if the center is not leather, the grip will be better than stock. Again I really don't use my vette for street racing so I think it may be overkill for a issue I'm not really having. thanks.
