Heres a shot of my black wet fiberglass missile. just got it last week. '04 6spd z51 coupe
coming from the import side... I have to say the power is amazing, the low seating position and surprisingly neutral handling is great! although the steering input and interior feels a bit crude compared to other cars ive had. But the grip and power makes it all worth it. lowered on stock bolts... about half in rear and almost full in front.
now if i can just find a damn z06 ti exhaust in socal... and some hot green wheels.

Nice ride you bought and the lowered stance looks great. IMO, the magnesium wheels look great on the car - hopefully you're kidding on the hot green wheels.
Yea could use maybe another half inch all around. Coilovers are a bit pricey for now so maybe new bolts or cutting the bumpstops
Haha dont hate me guys but i was semi serious about the green wheels, hey black cars can pull off a lot. Im finding out that the corvette doesnt have too much of a wheel selection. Most likely not, im liking the mag wheels a lot but they just arent wide enough. Ccw classics seem to be a safe bet for the c5s.
congrats, looks great they do look great low, but for the best handling and grip it looks like you got it about right. I have some Iforged classics 19"s for sale that would look great on it
You said you are coming from the import world... I have a 2008 Nissan 350Z (daily driver)and a 2002 Z51 Coupe and I have to say the Vette is by far my favorite car I have ever owned.... Congrats on your new car it's really nice
