Chasis Squeak
Noticed recently if I'm slowly rolling to a stop & I apply brakes firmly, I hear a chirp as the body bounces a bit when it comes to a complete stop. It's not the brakes...sounds like the chassis...or bushings or something. Strange thing is I also notice it on my Challenger. It's not real noticeable, it has to be quiet to really hear it.
Any ideas??

chassis squeak
My 04 had noises coming from the front when braking and backing out of the drive,found out that the front sway bar bushing had rubbed the paint off of the sway bar and it had surface rust. Dropped the bolts to the sway
bar and removed the bushing cleaned it up, chassis lubed the insides
of the bushings and it stopped that noise.It took about 20min.

I have a similar issue. Mine comes from the Right/Rear, and sounds like a chirping bird. I lubed the bushings and the sound went away........for about 2 weeks. I did AutoX for three days at LS Fest and it seems to be back.
