Does anyone know of a vendor that sells black chrome letter inserts?

SS Inserts sells black titanium stainless steel letters but they are pricey. I bought them and think they look great. Not chrome but might be close to what you're looking for.

i put on black chrome letters on the front and back 2years ago - just took them off - they tarnish thru the surface plate - and i kept them polished and protected. i would not buy "black chrome" for anything.

I was thinking about putting some black chrome inserts on my C6 fuel rail covers and American Hydrocarbon said if I sent them the chrome type letters you can get from vendors like RPI Designs they could black chrome them. Since they are not real chrome over metal to start with I don't think they'll tarnish.

will not say the vendors name, but they are advertised as "black chrome letter inserts, and they did tarnish, even with being maintained.
