I haven't experienced it in my Corvette, but on my Ford Explorer, somehow leaves ffrom a live oak tree somehow gets in the evaporator plenum. Well that's where the blower motor resistor is and if a dead leaf gets on the resistor,it is so hot that it ignites, or tries to ignite the leaf and you get a burning smell. Don't know if this can happen on a Corvette, but I would bet it can. Fix is to R&R the blower motor with squirrel cage and clean out the evap case of leaves. Hope this helps. Good luck!!!!!!

Duct cleaner? Frigid fresh is designed to clean the evap coil itself.if you used this product, did you follow the instructions or simply spray it into your ducts, which would do nothing to help.

I followed the instructions and sprayed it into the outside vent first.

If you notced a difference in the smell you may have to treat it again.Even in the shop where we use a air powered set up for this, with this product, some times it takes several treatments.
