Pull some codes. Your servo actuator is broken. The gear inside is probally cracked.

Here is the procedure to get the actuator out. You could take it out and move the temp around and see if it moves. This would tell you if the actuator is bad.

AIR TEMPERATURE ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT - LEFT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

Remove the front floor kick-up panel.
Remove the Bose module.

Disconnect the inside air temperature sensor aspirator duct.

3.1. Depress the duct retaining tab and remove the duct from the ignition switch housing bracket.
3.2. Use a twisting motion to release the duct from the duct muffler.

Remove the inside air temperature sensor aspirator duct muffler. Use a twisting motion to release the duct muffler.

Disconnect the air temperature actuator electrical connector.

Remove the air temperature actuator screws.
Remove the air temperature actuator.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Position the air temperature actuator, then align the slots in the actuator driver to the flats on the temperature door shaft.
Slide the air temperature actuator onto the shaft, while aligning the actuator locating hole to the forward alignment pin on the HVAC module case. The actuator should be completely seated onto the temperature door shaft and be the actuator mounting holes should be flush with the mounting bosses on the HVAC module case.
Install the temperature actuator retaining screws.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to............1.5 N.m (13 lb in) .

Connect the air temperature actuator electrical connector.

Install the inside air temperature sensor aspirator duct muffler. Use a twisting motion to secure the duct muffler.

Install the inside air temperature sensor aspirator duct.

6.1. Use a twisting motion to secure the duct to the duct muffler.
6.2. Install the duct retaining tab to the ignition switch housing bracket.

Install the Bose amplifier.
Install the front floor kick-up panel.
Recalibrate the actuators. Refer to Re-Calibrating Actuators.

I had the reverse issue. Wanted A/C and had heat coming out driver vents and A/C out of the passanger side. Posted the issue in a thread and got two opinions. Bad drivers side actuator or possibly actuatior needed to be reset by clearing the codes.

Well the easiest thing to try was to clear the codes and see if it recalibrated the actuator. So far that solution has worked.

That too ...here's how to re-calibrate if you don't know

RE-CALIBRATING ACTUATORS

Use the following steps to perform the calibration update:

Turn OFF the ignition.
Remove the battery positive voltage circuit fuse of the HVAC Control Module.
Wait 60 seconds .

IMPORTANT: The module memory will not clear if the battery positive voltage circuit fuse is installed in less than 60 seconds .

Install the fuse.

So, real simple...clear those codes and this will cause the system to recalibrate. If the code(s) come back, then you've probably got this in the picture:

This might or might not help you out - but it sounds like you might have an actuator out of sync - even though you are not experiencing any codes.

Here are a couple of write-ups that just might help out, plus you might even have the passenger side door or flap stuck with debris:

Specific passenger side actuator problem and repair:

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/...-actuator.html

This post also has other links in it too:

Let me know if any of these shed some additional light on your situation

Thanks,Matt
