HUH !?!?!?! I thought these were running boards for guys like me that have the standard 4x4 stance. These give me something to stand on to help me climb up into my vette.

My car will be 15 years old next month, and I gotta tell you it looks ugly under there. Most of the gloss is gone from the paint and there are all sorts of nicks and scrapes that over time will only get worse. None of this is visible standing outside the car thankfully, but if you plan to keep your car a looooooong time like me it makes sense to reduce the damage. The way mine is set up it will also prevent dirt streaks that until now were visible just above the rocker. If you drive through a mud puddle you will see what I mean. Others might chime in with their reasons for liking/doing this mod.
Well thank you for your answer. I'd like to see them once they are done. But no matter what, your a great craftsmen !

Miratec can be bought at most lumber stores but not Lowes or Home Depot. You can get woodgrain or smooth.
