[Z06] Dealer service

While he was taking questions at the Saturday night event, someone asked him about the spotty service available at Chevrolet dealerships.
This seemed to be a sore subject with him. He acknowledged that there are some dealerships which have not made the appropriate commitment to good Corvette service.
Cooksey refused to name them. But he encouraged people who are having problems that can't be resolved to contact him at the assembly plant. He said he'll even send one of his folks to the dealership to show the service department how to fix a problem if they can't be coached through it over the phone.

One of the Chevrolet Dealerships who have not made the appropriate commitment to Good Corvette Service.
They do not honor the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on Corvettes.
