These things didn't even work on the old OBD1 Fiero, they just fattened up the mixture a little
I don't think they even advanced the timing.

There are no chips to swap out in a C-5 or a C-6 for that matter. Pure BS on their part. All programming is accomplished in the PCM via tuning.
