When I replaced one of mine, I just pulled the label off. It took some time and patience. There was some left over glue that I used some 3M Adhesive cleaner on a rag to remove it.
Do what I did, I purchased both new visors, I didn't like the stickers on it, so I lightly sanded the stickers, then clean them with alcohol, then sprayed them with a light coat of FLAT BLACK spray. Looks great, can't see them and nothing will peel later on. Of course, tape around the visor so no over spray... Good luck..
Note: These are not the peeling type, they were painted on the visor itself, so I had no option but to paint.

Good advice above. Many members have used a hair dryer to warm up the adhesive then peel off the stickers. Clean up as needed with an adhesive remover. Good luck if you do this.
